PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
 
 
With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, and construction, Mr. Pinder currently provides project management consulting services in Nassau, Bahamas. After spending over twenty years in the United States in the water, wastewater, and land development fields, Mr. Pinder has returned to the Bahamas and is becoming active in the community. In addition to his project management responsibilities, Mr. Pinder is involved in many community activities, including being a member of Rotary Bahamas and an executive board member of the HLB Foundation. The HLB Foundation focuses on providing positive male role models to bring about life change in at-risk young men between the ages of 6 and 14. The goal is to build stronger male leaders within the community. 
 
 
Mr. Pinder has worked in the residential, commercial, and industrial fields. He has managed projects ranging from new water treatment plant projects in Newcastle, Delaware, to Multi-unit Residential Projects in Sussex County, Delaware, to Power Plant Projects in Freeport Grand Bahama. 
 
After receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Pinder worked as the construction manager for the 55 MGD Patapsco Wastewater Treatment Plant. He was responsible for all maintenance and new construction projects. He has also worked for Artesian Water Company and Artesian Wastewater Management Inc. as an engineer, where he was responsible for a wide variety of water and wastewater treatment projects. Mr. Pinder has also managed the River Basin Engineering Cape Division office in Lewes, Delaware. RBE is an engineering design firm specializing in residential and commercial land development projects. Mr. Pinder has extensive experience in water supply and distribution design and construction, water treatment facility design, construction and operation, wastewater treatment facility design, residential land development, construction, and permitting and compliance management. 
 
In recent years, Mr. Pinder has been involved in numerous renewable energy projects in the Bahamas, including the Abaco Schools project, which solarized three primary schools: Central Abaco Primary, Guana Cay Primary, and the Man-O-War Cay Primary School.
